Wen wir suchen:

Du hast Erfahrung als Scrum Master im agilen Projektmanagement
Idealerweise besitzt Du Projekterfahrung im Bereich Software-Entwicklung sowie IT-Background
Du verstehst Dich als Moderator agiler Zeremonien, bei Konfliktlösungen und beim Beseitigen von Hindernissen
Du besitzt die Fähigkeit das Erreichen von effizienten Sprintzielen zu gewährleisten
Du bist proaktiv genug, um den Informationsfluss zwischen Product-Owner, Development-Team und Stakeholdern tatkräftig zu gestalten
Du verstehst Dich als Coach und unterstützt unserer Scrum-Teams im Hinblick auf Selbstorganisation und Verantwortungsübernahme
Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker, lösungsorientierter und offener Teamplayer
Nationale und internationale Projekte begeistern Dich (eventuell Reisetätigkeiten)
Du kannst auf Deutsch ebenso überzeugend kommunizieren wie auf Englisch

Who we're looking for:

You have experience as a Scrum Master in the agile project management
Ideally you have expertise in software development and information technology
You see yourself as a facilitator of agile ceremonies; taking care of conflict resolution and clearing obstacles
You are able to establish an environment where the teams can be effective, protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions
You proactively help the team members in clarifying goals and actions to achieve the goals
You are able to create an effective and secure information flow between the Product Owner, development team and stakeholders
As a coach you support the teams in agile practices; emphasise individuals and interactions over process and tools
You are a solution-oriented, open-minded team player with great communication skills
National and international projects inspire you (occasional travel is required)You can communicate equally well in German and English
